diligence requirements at inception and renewal of client relationships.\nJob Responsibilities:\nManage client and partner expectations and understanding in a consultative way\nExhibit ownership of KYC/AML experience and client experience\nEnsure KYC/AML deliverables are met and hold internal partners accountable\nDemonstrate ongoing understanding of KYC/AML processes and work through delays and/or inefficiencies\nManage operational risk effectively through diligent awareness of risks in our processes\nEscalate appropriate risk items and drive issues to closure\nManage client risk effectively by supporting the banker in client selection process\nIndependently manage renewal cycle of Due Diligence Forms with Relationship Management Partnership\nAccountable for timely portfolio management while maintaining quality expectations\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:\nAbility to properly identify AML risks and apply the AML/KYC policy concepts\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nBA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in financial services\nWorking knowledge of risk factors that may impact specific products and industries\nAbility to multi-task effectively and leverage internal resources\nStrong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups\nIndependent, self-motivated with an ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment\nPrevious credit training or underwriting
