restoration\nApplies reuse-first, AI-assisted practices across incident/problem/change routines to identify recurring interruption patterns and validate remediation actions aligned to resiliency and security expectations.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:\n5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services\nDemonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support production operations workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.\nAbility to review and validate AI-assisted incident recommendations before action, escalating when uncertain and ensuring outcomes align to operational, security, and auditability expectations.\nExperience managing applications or infrastructure in a large-scale technology environment both on premises and public cloud\nProficient in observability and monitoring tools and techniques\nExperience with troubleshooting in Micro-service Environment\nUnderstands how to lead a P2 Bridge with multiple stakeholders towards resolution \nExperience executing on processes in scope of the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:\nStrong communication skills to effectively engage with management and stakeholders.\nDeep understanding of IT asset management tools, systems, and processes.\nDemonstrate success in managing complex asset management projects and initiatives.\nDemonstrates the ability to manage risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\nCreating Dashboard with help of Chase approved tool like Splunk , Dynatrace, Grafana etc.\nExperience to Python OR any Programming Language\nExperience of automating repetitive task with help of using MCP, and AI tools is a
