expectations.\nArchitects and maintains VMware infrastructure including vSphere, vCenter, ESXi hosts, Horizon, Workspace ONE, App Volumes, and Dynamic Environment Manager\nAdministers and optimizes Red Hat Open Shift container platforms, including cluster setup, scaling, and CI/CD pipeline integration\nLeads automation initiatives using Shell scripting, Terraform, and Ansible to streamline provisioning, patching, and monitoring workflows \nSupports and troubleshoots Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, CentOS) and Windows Server environments in virtualized and bare-metal deployments\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on network setup, firewall rules, storage configurations, and compliance requirements\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience \nDeep knowledge of one or more areas of infrastructure engineering such as: hardware, networking terminology, databases, storage engineering, deployment practices, integration, automation, scaling, resilience or performance assessments\nDeep expertise in VMware technologies and OpenShift administration.\nStrong scripting and automation skills (Ansible, Bash, YAML).\nExperience with Linux and Windows OS management, patching, and monitoring.\nExperience in administering Active Directory, DHCP, DNS services\nExperience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), telemetry platforms (Grafana, Splunk), DevOps automation, and infrastructure-as-code using tools like Terraform, and Ansible.\nExperience in Tier 3 data center operations including air gap connectivity, patching strategies, and audit preparation.\nDemonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support infrastructure engineering workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.\nAbility to review and validate AI-assisted recommendations before implementation, escalating when uncertain and ensuring outcomes align to resiliency, security, and auditability expectations.\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExperience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field\nAbility to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no
