Quality and conventions are enforced by AI agents/skills at every gate - for example, a PR review gate that stops bad code or design from reaching main. You'll help build and evolve these guardrails so good practice is automatic, not optional.\nWhat You Bring\nCore engineering\n7+ years (VP) / 10+ years (ED) designing and building hybrid-cloud solutions at enterprise scale.\nDeep, current command of architecture and design patterns, with hands-on coding expertise in Java or Python.\nStrong data modeling skills, for example dimensional modeling and slowly changing dimensions.\nProven experience with transactional systems, analytics platforms, and cloud-native technologies.\nRisk & delivery\nStrong background in risk management, compliance, and secure software development.\nTrack record of partnering with development leads and influencing senior stakeholders.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nAI/ML (increasingly essential)\nHands-on builder of AI agents, skills, and agentic workloads.\nDelivered AI-driven projects from concept to production.\nIntegrated AI/ML into hybrid-cloud and enterprise platforms.\nPower user of AI-assisted, spec-driven SDLC.\nHow You Work\nDecisive and data-driven;
