for maximum speed, reliability and scalability\nCollaborate with technical architect and Designers for new products\nFollow and promote Agile practices including Scrum, Lean, BDD and Continuously Delivery\nResearch new technologies, identify and learn best practice, adapt quickly and provide technical guidance across the organization\nWork with multiple globally distributed teams to deliver end-to-end solution across regions\nAdvise, collaborate with, and synthesize feedback from Wealth Managers and Product Specialist\nPresenting and demoing to users, stakeholders, and technology groups \nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience\nDemonstrated experience leading effective use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security\nStrong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; experience coaching senior engineers/leads on compliant usage patterns and controls.\nStrong computer science fundamentals such as algorithms, data structures, multi-threading, functional programming, distributed applications, client-server architecture\n8+ years’ experience in Java development fluency\nExperience in Core Java & EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud, Spring Flux & Spring Security frameworks\nExperience in Web UI development using ReactJS, TypeScript, Html 5, CSS 3\nRelational Database development skills including SQL and data modelling\nStrong experience building performant, scalable and reliable micro services, including high availability development and architectural practices\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines with designing and building applications natively on AWS, utilizing key services such as AWS Lambda, AWS ECS, S3, Aurora, and API Gateway
