You will play a key role in shaping our technology landscape and driving innovation.\nJob Responsibilities:\nEngage with technical and business stakeholders to understand requirements and propose effective technical solutions.\nProvide oversight and guidance to technology teams deploying workloads to public cloud environments.\nParticipate in architecture governance bodies to ensure alignment with organizational standards.\nExecute creative solution design, development, and technical troubleshooting across software and infrastructure.\nDrives adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices across teams to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes (e.g., AI-assisted code review/refactoring, test acceleration, release readiness, incident/root-cause analysis), while establishing measurable validation standards (secure coding, peer review, automated testing) and promoting reuse of proven patterns and automation within the SDLC/TLM toolchain.\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including approved AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation at scale.\nIdentify gaps in current technologies and recommend improvements.\nLead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials.\nIdentify opportunities to automate or eliminate recurring issues, improving operational stability.\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience\nHands-on experience with public cloud solution design, primarily AWS.\nProficiency in one or more mainstream programming languages, such as Java or Python.\nExperience with microservice application development or solution-oriented/N-tier architecture.\nFamiliarity with multiple data storage technologies, including RDBMS and NoSQL.\nDemonstrated experience leading effective use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security\nStrong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations;
