skills:\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience\nHands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability\nBuilding production microservices with Spring Boot and Java (21+), including Virtual Threads, Records, and Pattern Matching\nWorking with event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka (Producers, Consumers, Avro Serialization, Schema Registry)\nBuilding production React SPAs with TypeScript (complex forms, data grids, role-based access control), including Redux Toolkit\nMongoDB in production environments (aggregation pipelines, change streams, indexing, sharding, performance tuning)\nExpertise in RESTful API Design (OpenAPI 3.0, SpringDoc, versioning) and microservices architecture (Event-Driven, CQRS, Saga Patterns)\nProficiency in testing frameworks including JUnit 5, Spring Boot Test, and Playwright\nDemonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security\nStrong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to
