You'll offer clear guidance and feedback to your colleagues, while promoting the values, culture and brand of JPMorgan Chase & Co.\nJob Responsibilities:\n Provide oversight, and coaching for a team of entry-level to mid-level software engineers that work on basic to moderately complex tasks\nBe accountable for decisions that influence teams’ execution and implementation of processes and procedures\nCollaborate with the Business Analysis team for producing estimates and agile delivery plans, stakeholders etc.\nIdentify and mitigates issues to execute a book of work while escalating issues as necessary\nDesign, code, test, and deliver software leveraging firm-wide frameworks and best practices for the ServiceNow platform.\nFollow and enhance the scrum practices for continuous team processes improvement\nDrives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes (e.g., AI-assisted code review/refactoring, test strategy acceleration, incident/root-cause analysis support), while establishing consistent validation standards (secure coding, peer review, automated testing) and promoting reuse of effective patterns across the team.\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.\n\nRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or graduation from a reputed institution.\nSignificant software development experience with proven ServiceNow architect/team lead responsibilities.\nDemonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.\n\nStrong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations; experience coaching engineers on safe, compliant adoption within delivery practices\n\nServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM.\nAbility to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nExperience leading teams of technologists and driving strategic initiatives.
