drive cross-functional programs that identify, assess, and mitigate technology risks across platforms and services, partnering closely with Product, Delivery, Risk, and Compliance to develop operationalize controls, accelerate remediation, and ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.\nJob Responsibilities:\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-team IAM initiatives with clear scope, milestones, budgets, and measurable outcomes.\nUses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.\nPartner with Product and Delivery teams to assure the translation of requirements into product and engineering roadmaps; prioritize to deliver predictable, high-impact results.\nIdentify, assess, and facilitate the mitigation of delivery risks.\nEstablish program governance and execution rigor (RAID management, dependency mapping, steering forums, escalation paths, decision logs etc.).\nEnsure IAM programs are delivered with regulatory and policy adherence through embedding compliance-by-design, privacy-by-design, and least-privilege principles.\nApply technical depth to resolve delivery trade-offs, and de-risk delivery.\nManage resources, and vendor/partner performance; optimize capacity across internal teams and third parties.\nBuild and sustain strong stakeholder relationships and executive communications; provide transparent dashboards on roadmap progress, risk posture, and value realization.\nLead organizational change management-readiness, training, adoption-and drive continuous improvement through process, tooling, and automation.\nPromotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n5 + years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization\nDemonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.\nAbility to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.\nAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients\nAdvanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable and enhance shared pools of applications and services\nProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment\nDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities\nTechnology control management or information security experience with emphasis on control assessment, mitigation, and control design/effectiveness.\nProgram delivery experience in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.\nExecutive communication: ability to translate Program Risk into business terms for senior leaders and inform strategic decisions.\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nPractical experience with public cloud services and controls (e.g., IAM, identity federation, RBAC, secrets management).\nHands-on experience in Identity and Access Management, including privileged access management concepts and tooling.\nExperience operating in highly regulated industries, applying standards and best practices. \nDemonstrated understanding of how to leverage emerging AI technologies and tools to aid in the efficient delivery across a programs
