skills\n5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization with at least 3 years in a Lead or Senior role\nStrong hands-on experience working directly with feature teams in agility / scrum master capacity within large-scale, agile environments \nAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients\nProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment\nStrong understanding of agile methodologies and metrics\nSubstantial experience with project management tools and software, including JIRA, Confluence, and Project\nSolid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field\nPreferred qualifications,
