As an Operations Analyst in the Operations team, you will support administrative and operational workflows that enable effective business execution. You will coordinate requests, maintain trackers and documentation, prepare reporting, and help resolve issues through disciplined follow-up. You will work with cross-functional partners to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational requests by managing intake, prioritization, follow-up, and completion tracking
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and process trackers to support visibility and control discipline
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports and summaries for stakeholders using approved templates and tools
- Support meeting logistics, including scheduling, agendas, notes, and action-item tracking
- Monitor process exceptions and escalate risks, delays, or data issues to the appropriate stakeholders
- Partner with internal teams to resolve inquiries, clarify requirements, and support timely execution
- Perform data quality checks and reconcile basic discrepancies to improve accuracy of reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support implementation of process improvements
- Provide professional, timely communication to stakeholders, ensuring clear status updates and next steps
- Support additional administrative tasks and special projects as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; 1+ year of experience in operations, business support, shared services, or an administrative role
- Intermediate English level, with the ability to navigate systems/tools and maintain a professional conversation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to consistently produce accurate work; ability to perform basic data quality checks and reconcile discrepancies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different teams and levels; ability to follow defined procedures, maintain documentation, and apply sound judgment when escalating issues
