You will coordinate across payments teams and stakeholders to keep programs aligned, on schedule, and measurable. You will use data to help identify priority engagement audiences and evaluate program outcomes. You will help create and distribute high-impact, client-focused content that supports business priorities.\nJob responsibilities\nSupport planning and execution of strategic client engagement initiatives across corporate and financial institution clients\n\nAssist in building and reviewing client target lists for strategic engagement opportunities, including pre- and post-engagement target analysis\n\nMaintain engagement calendars and tracking tools to ensure alignment across functions\n\nTrack client participation, engagement outcomes, and post-event follow-ups and actions\n\nSupport client briefing development, executive meeting preparation, and follow-up activities as needed\n\nCoordinate and distribute payments thought leadership content\n\nManage content calendars and execute weekly sales meeting communications\n\nPartner with subject matter experts to curate actionable, client-focused content aligned to business priorities\n\nIdentify trends, opportunities, and recommendations to improve engagement effectiveness\n\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n2+ years of experience in financial services, marketing, sales enablement, communications, business management, and/or client strategy\n\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nProficiency in PowerPoint and Excel\n\nFamiliarity with artificial intelligence (AI) concepts\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills\n\nDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment\n\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nBachelor’s degree\n\nExperience supporting sales teams\n\nKnowledge of payments, treasury management,
