As a Product Commercialization Manager, you will be a part of a high-performing team working to position J.P. Morgan's Treasury Services offerings for maximum market impact, client adoption, and profitable growth. You will work cross-functionally across partner teams to align the voice of the client with our product capabilities to develop commercial strategies and playbooks that resonate in market.
Utilizing your deep understanding of the payments competitive landscape and product-market fit considerations, you will help guide the successful launch of products and ramp the growth of these offerings through the lifecycle by keeping a close pulse on client, sales and partner feedback. Additionally you will work cross-functionally to ramp and enhance the value in our robust capabilities across current offerings.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
- Serve as a key partner across the Product organization, marketing, digital, sales and banking teams to translate business priorities into comprehensive roadmaps
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Comfortable working in entrepreneurial environment with strong commercial acumen
- Strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze problems, communicate effectively and confidently (both verbally and written)
- Strong influencing and partnership/collaboration skills
