Microsoft Power Platform technologies, primarily Power Apps (both model-driven and canvas apps), and Power Automate for automation of business processes.\n\nCollaborate with business units and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical designs for solutions that integrate with existing enterprise systems and advance organizational goals.\n\nLead or participate in the planning and execution of migrations from legacy InfoPath forms and workflows to modern Power Platform solutions, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and enhanced user experience.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain advanced workflows, custom connectors, and app integrations in SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online environments, emphasizing security, scalability, and maintainability.\n\nPerform advanced administration of SharePoint, including configuration, content management, permissions, site collections, and troubleshooting technical issues across hybrid environments.\n\nImplement secure integration with Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for authentication, authorization, claims-based access, and conditional access policies in all solutions, collaborating with security stakeholders as needed.\n\nUtilize PowerShell and other automation/scripting tools to manage, monitor, and report on SharePoint, Entra ID, and Power Platform activities.\n\nEnsure ongoing support, optimization, and troubleshooting for Power Platform apps, flows, InfoPath & SharePoint Designer migrations, SharePoint sites, and Entra ID integrations.\n\nCreate and maintain thorough solution documentation, migration guides, technical diagrams, test plans, and end-user training materials.\n\nFoster effective cross-functional communication and collaboration, serving as a subject matter expert and providing technical guidance to stakeholders.\n\nRequired qualifications, skills and capabilities\nProven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps model-driven and canvas apps, advanced Power Automate, Power BI).\n\nDeep technical expertise in designing and migrating InfoPath forms and workflows to Power Platform solutions, including hands-on migration planning, mapping, and validation.\n\nAdvanced skills in SharePoint On-Premises (2013/2016/2019+) and SharePoint Online administration, site design, list/library management, workflow and security configuration, SharePoint REST APIs, and troubleshooting.\n\nHands-on experience with integration and management of Entra ID (Azure AD), including conditional access, SSO, security group administration, and policy enforcement.\n\nProficiency in PowerShell and scripting for automation of administrative tasks across SharePoint, Entra ID, and Power Platform environments.\n\nStrong grasp of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and governance best practices, with demonstrated ability to implement data loss prevention, retention policies, and compliance center controls.\n\nExposure toRESTful API development and integration techniques.\n\nExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve complex technical issues.\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing high-quality documentation and engaging productively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nPreferred qualifications, skills and capabilities\nMicrosoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-400, MS-600, or equivalent for Power Platform, SharePoint, or Azure technologies.\n\nHands-on experience with large-scale InfoPath to Power Platform migration projects and hybrid cloud environments.\n\nFamiliarity with Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph API, and extendingMicrosoft 365 with advanced automation.\n\nExperience with additional Microsoft 365 workloads (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive) and cross-platform integrations.\n\nApplicants
