Your role involves applying in-depth expertise and problem-solving methodologies to plan, accomplish, and review tasks across multiple large-scope projects in various technical areas.\nJob Responsibilities\nIdentifies and solves problems of high complexity associated with infrastructure engineering technology.\nApplies extensive in-depth expertise and problem-solving to accomplish, plan, and review tasks across multiple large scope projects and businesses/domains to influence, manage and implement functional technology platforms.\nResponsible for high impact projects requiring deep technical expertise and leadership.\nPartners across other platforms to architect and implement changes required to resolve issues and modernize the organization and its technological processes.\nDrives thought leadership within the product line and/or platform.\nExtensive consideration of upstream/downstream system or technical implications and advice on mitigation actions\nConsider financial implications of staffing, budget, and relevant profit and loss.\nMentors and coach’s junior engineers and technologists\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills.\nBachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or formal training or certification in infrastructure disciplines and 10+ years of relevant experience.\nExperience in network architecture, design, and engineering within large enterprises.\nDeep technical expertise in data center networking technologies: Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Nexus, ACI, BGP, EVPN, VXLAN, etc.\nHands-on experience with routing technologies: BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS.\nKnowledge of switching concepts: VLANs, STP, VPC/MLAG, stacking.\nPractical experience with Cisco and Arista platforms (e.g., Nexus Series, Catalyst).\nStrong experience with automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Python, CI/CD pipelines) for network infrastructure.\nExperience with Arista CVP, AVD, Cisco NFM, Cisco Network as Code\nDemonstrated success in leading stability and resiliency programs including change management, incident response, and RCA.\n\nExperience leading complex projects supporting infrastructure engineering design, scaling, resilience, and system performance assessments.\nStrong documentation skills for technical projects and processes.\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nDeliver and maintain highly stable and resilient network environments supporting mission-critical financial applications.\nPartner with cybersecurity, application, and cloud teams to ensure robust, secure, and scalable infrastructure designs.\nLead and mentor a global team of network engineers and technical leads;
