This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Product Management team to partner with the Business\nAs a Vice President in WLS Product and Transformation, you will lead the Servicing FLOW and CRE product portfolios accountable for product strategy, roadmap execution, operational readiness, risk and control alignment, and measurable business outcomes.\nJob responsibilities\nDefine and communicate the multi-year vision, target state, and prioritized roadmap for Servicing E2E (FLOW and Commercial Real Estate).\nTranslate business strategy, client/user needs, operational pain points, and control requirements into sequenced, measurable product outcomes.\nOwn portfolio scope, value cases, dependencies, governance/decision forums, and executive reporting; drive transparent trade-offs across value, risk, effort, and urgency.\nEnsure delivery aligns with WLS servicing strategy, platform direction, and simplification objectives.\nLead end-to-end product delivery from discovery and requirements through design, build, testing, implementation, adoption, and benefits realization.\nDefine and manage epics, features, acceptance criteria, release readiness gates, and success measures across multiple delivery pods.\nModernize servicing workflows (requests, email intake, classification, routing, case assignment, quick-close, and straight-through processing opportunities).\nProactively manage cross-program dependencies, delivery risks, resource constraints, and production issues; escalate with options and recommended decisions.\nShape and scale responsible automation (rule-based, ML, generative AI, and agentic solutions), including operating design for agents, human-in-the-loop review, exceptions, and integrations.\nLeverage operational and control data (volume, handling time, accuracy, adoption) to identify opportunities, size value, prioritize use cases, and track outcomes; partner with Technology/Data on architecture, data quality, performance, observability, resilience, and production support.\nEmbed risk, controls, and governance throughout delivery and BAU operation (traceability, approvals, documentation, audit readiness, monitoring); ensure operational readiness and sustained adoption via SOPs/UAT/training, phased rollout and hypercare, feedback loops, and BAU ownership/support.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills\n12 years of relevant experience across product management, transformation, operations, technology delivery or financial services, including leadership of complex cross-functional initiatives.\n Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong understanding of wholesale or commercial lending servicing, email and workflow operations, case management, operational controls and end-to-end process design.\nAbility to define strategy, create roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, lead discovery, deliver releases and realize measurable outcomes across a portfolio.\nPractical experience embedding risk, control, governance, documentation, testing, monitoring and auditability into change delivery.\nWorking knowledge of APIs, workflow platforms, data, analytics, automation, generative AI or agentic patterns, human-in-the-loop designs and production monitoring (deep coding expertise not required).\nProven ability to lead and coach teams, influence senior stakeholders, resolve ambiguity, make decisions and communicate complex topics in clear business language.\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills\nRelevant postgraduate qualifications.\nCertifications in product, agile, risk, data or AI (advantageous).","description_format":"text","description_chars":3683,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":12,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":true},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Credit Cards","Wealth Management","Asset Management","Payments"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-23T07:54:46Z"}],"liveness":{"score":82,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.823,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":3,"reasons":["conf:1","win:early","comp:brand"],"computed_at":"2026-09-23T19:40:07Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/jpmorganchase-product-management-transformation-vice-president","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/jpmorganchase-product-management-transformation-vice-president.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-23T19:40:07Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers"}}
