With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.\nJob responsibilities\nDevelops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers\nManages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap\nOwns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition\nBuilds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability\nDevelops and owns the LOB partnership strategy for the agentic platform, including onboarding frameworks, federation playbooks, and engagement models that enable LOBs to build and integrate agentic experiences efficiently\nLeads discovery and scoping efforts with LOB stakeholders to define use cases, integration requirements, and delivery milestones, translating business objectives into actionable product requirements within the agentic ecosystem\nOwns and maintains a delivery backlog across multiple concurrent LOB partnerships, managing dependencies, sequencing, and trade-offs to ensure platform standards are upheld while accommodating LOB-specific constraints\nBuilds the framework for tracking LOB delivery health, including agent build velocity, certification progress, and adoption outcomes partnering with platform and analytics teams to surface risks and drive accountability\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area\nAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics\nProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management\nProven ability to influence without authority -
