You will play a pivotal role in expanding the platform across multiple Cloud Service Providers while driving improvements to release pipelines and overall platform management. Your work will directly enable engineering teams across the firm to build and deploy cloud infrastructure more efficiently, securely, and at scale.\nJob responsibilities\nLead the Atlas Marketplace and Release Management product strategy and vision, ensuring continuous delivery of value to engineering customers and stakeholders\nOwn, prioritize, and maintain a product backlog that aligns development efforts with the strategic roadmap and measurable business outcomes\nPartner closely with Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to define requirements, resolve dependencies, and drive alignment across teams\nDrive product discovery and ideation sessions to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for platform improvement\nDefine and communicate a clear product roadmap that supports expansion across multiple Cloud Service Providers and evolving infrastructure needs\nTranslate complex technical requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that enable effective delivery\nMonitor product performance and adoption metrics, using data to inform prioritization decisions and demonstrate value to senior leadership\nEngage directly with customers and end users to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and ensure the platform meets their evolving needs\nRepresent the product in senior leadership forums, communicating progress, risks, and strategic direction with clarity and confidence\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on product management concepts and advanced applied experience\nDemonstrated experience leading product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and customer value management\nTechnical background with knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure-as-code concepts, or related engineering domains\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including senior management\nProven ability to own and manage a product backlog, translating strategy into prioritized, delivery-ready work\nExperience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, and business teams to deliver complex technical products\nAbility to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive decisions in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExperience working within a large-scale, globally distributed organization with complex stakeholder landscapes\nFamiliarity with Terraform, infrastructure-as-code practices, or cloud marketplace platforms\nKnowledge of AI applications within product management, including leveraging AI tools to enhance discovery, prioritization, or delivery workflows\nExperience with release management processes and CI/CD pipeline strategy\nExposure to multi-cloud environments and Cloud Service Provider ecosystems (e.g., AWS,
