You'll partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to reduce coordination overhead, improve documentation practices, and build the systems that keep teams aligned and moving. Your work will directly influence how quickly teams can plan, communicate, and deliver value across the organization.\nJob responsibilities\nOwn and continuously evolve the operating model for the product organization, including intake, planning, documentation, and communication practices\nBuild and deepen relationships with internal customers, becoming a trusted partner who understands their needs before problems escalate\nDesign and implement tools, automations, and workflows that improve team effectiveness and reduce operational friction across product, design, and engineering\nDrive consistency in how requests, decisions, and updates are captured and shared, ensuring documentation is current, findable, and actively used\nBuild and manage communication and enablement channels that reduce silos and keep stakeholders informed on what's planned, shipping, and why\nMeasure adoption and engagement across internal tools and processes, using data to make decisions and demonstrate impact\nApply AI tools to accelerate your own productivity and to build AI-enabled workflows that expand the capabilities of the systems you manage\nTranslate ambiguous operational needs into lightweight, scalable solutions by partnering across product, engineering, design, and business teams\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\n5+ years of product, technical writing, or engineering experience\nExperience improving team processes, workflows, or operating models within a large, complex organization\nDemonstrated ability to build trust and relationships across product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders\nExperience creating and managing documentation, operational processes, and internal communications at scale\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive clarity through ambiguous, cross-functional problems\nAbility to manage a wide range of requests - from highly specific to broadly strategic - with equal rigor and follow-through\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a structured approach to problem-solving and decision-making\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExperience applying AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, writing, analysis, and decision-making, and building AI-enabled workflows for others\nFamiliarity with workflow automation platforms, documentation systems, and collaboration tooling, with the instinct to know when a lightweight fix beats a platform investment\nComfort using product analytics and usage metrics -
