You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver solutions that enhance efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve business processes. You will bring strong governance, clear communication, and disciplined execution to help teams deliver measurable outcomes.\nJob responsibilities\nPartner with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, requirements, priorities, and success criteria\nBuild and maintain integrated project plans, including milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resourcing, risks, issues, and key decisions\nLead delivery through the full lifecycle from planning and requirements through implementation, adoption, and closure\nAssess current-state processes with subject matter experts and support development of future-state operating models and solutions\nCoordinate delivery across operations, technology, product, and other partner teams to align timelines, dependencies, and deliverables\nEstablish and run governance routines, including working groups, status forums, steering updates, reporting, and escalation paths\nIdentify, track, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies; drive mitigation plans and timely escalation as needed\nProduce clear written updates and executive-ready materials, including status reporting and decision documents\nTrack execution in project management tools to ensure milestones, owners, dependencies, and commitments are accurate and current\nSupport change management and implementation activities, including readiness planning, communications, adoption, and transition to business-as-usual\nDeliver AI-enabled solution use cases end-to-end by managing requirements, delivery risks, implementation approach, and business outcomes\nRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, operations, technology, or a related field\n3 years of project management experience delivering transformation, operations, technology, or process improvement initiatives\nExperience developing project plans and managing scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams\nExperience partnering with stakeholders across business, operations, technology, product, and control functions\nDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills, including managing multiple initiatives and competing priorities\nDemonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including communicating status, risks, decisions, and recommendations to senior stakeholders\nAbility to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and contribute effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint), including creating project documentation and executive-level materials\nDemonstrated ability to influence without authority, facilitate decision-making, resolve blockers, and drive delivery commitments across multiple teams\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities and skills\nExperience delivering transformation initiatives within financial services, securities services, operations, or a similarly regulated environment\nWorking knowledge of process improvement, process mapping, operating model design, and change management approaches\nExperience partnering with technology teams on digital solutions, automation, workflow, data, or system implementation projects\nExperience working in Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies\nProficiency with tools used for delivery tracking and collaboration (for example: Jira, Confluence) and reporting/analytics (for
