solutions using Python, JavaScript, and SQL, supporting the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).\nDevelop high-quality, user-focused front-end experiences and interfaces, ensuring usability, clarity, and effective presentation of financial and operational insights.\nEngineer back-end services, data pipelines, and integrations that reduce manual work, improve data quality, and enhance analytics and reporting outcomes.\nCollaborate with Corporate Technology and approved self-service technologies to implement secure, scalable solutions with appropriate controls.\nCommunicate delivery status, risks, issues, and dependencies clearly, including ownership and timelines for open items.\nContribute to development, documentation, and training activities that strengthen adoption and improve client service delivery.\nProvide ongoing support and iterative enhancements for existing solutions, including triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution of production issues as needed.\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\n7+ years of experience with strong Python development skills, with demonstrated experience delivering production-quality solutions. \nStrong front-end / UI development experience using JavaScript, including a demonstrable history of designing and building effective user interfaces.\nProven full stack development experience, spanning front-end, back-end, and data layers.\nStrong SQL skills, including the ability to query, transform, and validate data to support application and analytics requirements.\nAbility to capture business requirements and translate them into clear technical designs and deliverables.\nAbility to operate effectively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with multiple stakeholders and concurrent priorities.\nWillingness to learn self-service analytics and process automation tools, and to apply foundational project management and business analysis practices.\nPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\nBachelor’s degree with a focus on Finance and/or Information Systems.\nExperience with HTML and CSS for building and styling user interfaces.\nExperience with database and/or
