responsibilities\nCapture trades accurately and on time in risk management systems\nComplete intraday and end-of-day checks, including completeness and reconciliations\nCollaborate with operations and infrastructure partners to deliver a one-team approach\nPerform and sign off required controls within agreed timelines\nCommunicate clearly with support teams to resolve queries efficiently\nContribute to strategic initiatives that improve processes and architecture\nBuild in-depth knowledge of trading structures from financial and operational views\nMonitor book management to ensure new activity is processed accurately\nIdentify issues proactively and escalate with clear context and actions\nDocument workflows and control evidence to support audit and oversight\nSeek and implement opportunities to automate and streamline tasks\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nBachelor’s degree\nAt least 2 years of experience in Operations roles within Investment Banking industry\nKnowledge of derivatives and hedging products, including Interest Rate Swaps, Basis Swaps, Cross-Currency Swaps, Forward Rate Agreements (FRA), Foreign Exchange, Zero-Coupon and Overnight Index Swaps (OIS), bonds, and futures\nBusiness Proficiency in Japanese and English \nClear, confident communication skills with the ability to collaborate, explain, and challenge constructively\nStrong attention to detail and sense of ownership in a dynamic environment\nAnalytical and numerical skills with a disciplined control mindset\nProblem-solving and project management skills to drive tasks to completion\nProficient in Microsoft Excel\nAbility to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage competing demands\nTeam-oriented approach with adaptability to change\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nPrior experience in trade support or middle office related role\nKnowledge in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is a
