documentation with minimal supervision and timely completion\nEstablish subject matter expertise within the quality-checking function and contribute to consistent checking standards\nDetect documentation errors quickly and deliver clear oral and written feedback to document preparers\nPerform root cause analysis on defects and translate findings into themes that improve accuracy and reduce rework\nApply a strong control mindset to surface issues and risks that could impact the process or the organization\nUse Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Alteryx to analyze data, document outcomes, and support reporting\nGenerate ideas for process improvement and automation, including supporting the integration of new tools\nSupport daily regulatory reporting tasks and remediation activities when required\nInterpret documentation metadata and coordinate with Legal partners when needed to resolve questions\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Product, Sales, relationship managers, and client service, to resolve documentation needs\nEscalate and track issues through to resolution, recommending actions that improve controls, efficiency, and the client experience, and maintaining up-to-date procedures\nRequired qualifications, skills, and capabilities:\nDemonstrate 4+ years of experience in investment banking operations or client documentation\nApply knowledge of banking products and associated documentation, including a broad understanding of legal terms and principles\nAnalyze information from multiple sources, determine relevancy to specific issues, and route items to appropriate business partners\nResolve problems by independently identifying issues, evaluating impacts, and proposing viable solutions\nCommunicate effectively through clear verbal and written interactions across stakeholders and management levels\nPrioritize workflow under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail\nCollaborate in both independent and team-based environments to deliver consistent service excellence\nExhibit strategic thinking, results orientation, and self-motivation in a changing environment\nAdapt to new skills and tools to support evolving processes and operational needs\nCoordinate effectively with geographically distributed work groups\nComplete a university degree\nPreferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:\nHold a Law or Commerce degree\nDemonstrate exposure to AI-enabled tools and willingness to adopt emerging
