analysis, to monitor performance and identify issues.\nPartner with technology, legal, and compliance stakeholders to implement operational changes and deliver the operations agenda.\nLead key deliveries and defined projects independently by driving milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.\nAnalyze breaks, exceptions, and process issues using numerical and analytical skills to determine root causes and actions.\nEvaluate over-the-counter derivative instruments and market dynamics, including rates, to support accurate processing decisions.\nValidate end-to-end transaction lifecycle understanding across systems and control checkpoints to ensure effective execution.\nExecute end-to-end user acceptance testing for technology deliveries by defining test approach, running tests, and evidencing outcomes.\nRequired qualifications, skills, and capabilities:\nDemonstrate 5+ years of experience in trade support or regulatory functions, including trade booking, verification, and reconciliations.\nIndependently manage key deliveries or projects with clear accountability for outcomes.\nPartner effectively with technology, legal, and compliance teams to implement change and drive operational improvement.\nApply solid understanding of over-the-counter derivative instruments and market dynamics, including rates.\nExplain transaction lifecycles, supporting systems, key controls, and the functions responsible for executing those controls.\nLearn quickly and take ownership of day-to-day process and production management activities.\nAnalyze numerical information with strong problem-solving skills to support decisions and issue resolution.\nCommunicate clearly with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills across counterparties at all levels.\nOperate as a self-starter while working effectively under limited supervision.\nOrganize work with strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task under pressure.\nCreate clear Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint outputs to support reporting, analysis, and stakeholder updates.\nPreferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:\nDemonstrate understanding of regulatory requirements and regulatory reporting expectations relevant to trade support processes.\nShow experience developing management information and performance reporting, including trend analysis used to
