Through leadership of key governance programs, operational risk activities, control processes, audit readiness efforts, and process improvement initiatives, the team helps strengthen controls, simplify operations, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.\nJob responsibilities\nExecute and support key control activities, governance processes, and monitoring routines across Business Banking Marketing to maintain a strong control environment\nCoordinate control testing activities, issue remediation efforts, and documentation requirements in support of ongoing risk and governance programs\nSupport incident management processes, including intake, tracking, root cause analysis, reporting, and follow-up actions to drive timely resolution\nAssist with audit, assessment, and examination preparation, including evidence collection, documentation, and issue management to ensure audit readiness\nLead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce complexity, and enhance consistency across marketing processes while maintaining appropriate controls\nDevelop, maintain, and enhance procedures, process documentation, training materials, and governance resources to support operational excellence\nServe as a subject matter resource for marketing governance tool administration, managing user requests, troubleshooting, access updates, and platform support activities\nSupport the development of emerging insurance marketing governance and oversight capabilities, including process design, documentation, monitoring routines, and stakeholder coordination\nPartner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to help establish sustainable oversight frameworks for future insurance-related marketing activities\nDrive continuous certification on Process Manager concepts and 3+ years applied experience in operations, project management, controls, governance, marketing operations, business management, or a related field\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, balancing competing priorities under tight deadlines\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically while executing detailed operational responsibilities\nExceptional attention to detail with a quality assurance and quality control mindset focused on accuracy and
