You will have the chance to lead, grow, and make a difference in a dynamic, inclusive environment.\nJob Responsibilities:\nProvide technical leadership and guidance to the cloud engineering team.\nLead the design and development of secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure and platform tools.\nDrive adoption of modern Developer Experience (DevEx) practices and evolve CI/CD and developer tooling.\nDrives adoption and governance of approved AI-assisted engineering practices across teams to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational outcomes (e.g., AI-assisted code review/refactoring, test acceleration, release readiness, incident/root-cause analysis), while establishing measurable validation standards (secure coding, peer review, automated testing) and promoting reuse of proven patterns and automation within the SDLC/TLM toolchain.\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including approved AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation at scale.\nAlign platform strategy and roadmaps with business priorities and lead cross-functional modernization initiatives.\nEvaluate, integrate, and govern strategic tooling to improve developer experience.\nCollaborate with development teams to identify and eliminate platform bottlenecks.\nDefine and promote paved paths and self-service workflows for developers.\nImplement real-time telemetry pipelines and workflows for platform observability and analytics.\nChampion adoption of productivity tools through documentation, training, and engagement with the developer community.\nStandardize use of AI-assisted coding tools and AI-powered development ecosystems.\nContribute to the design and development of AI agents and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations using frameworks such as Google ADK and Anthropic SDKs.\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts.\nHands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).\nAdvanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.).\nDemonstrated experience leading effective use of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, code review, test acceleration, troubleshooting) with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.\nStrong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations;
