You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.\nJob responsibilities\nGathering and evaluating user requirements in collaboration with product owners and other stakeholders across geographies\nLeverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity across complex deliverables (e.g., code generation/refactoring, unit test creation, documentation), while validating outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards; contributes learnings and reusable patterns to improve broader team effectiveness.\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.\nDesign, code, test, implement, maintain and support applications software that is delivered on time and within budget\nWork with requirements which may not be available to the last level of detail\nWork independently with very little supervision\nYou will be working with and sharing ideas, information and innovation with our global team of technologists from all over the world\nWork with teams in US hence there is a need for some overlap with US timezone, but work hours an be flexible\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training, or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience\nFull stack development experience with a focus on Java based applications on large/medium sized projects.\nExperience in React , Spring Framework and SpringBoot\nExperience on Cloud - AWS and Proven experience in building/enhancing business critical systems.\nWorking proficiency in developmental toolsets and DevOps tools and processes\nExperience on APIs and communication mechanisms like Kafka, MQ\nHands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation) with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations;
