diversity of thought and experience.\nJob responsibilities\nDevelop secure, high-quality production code and participate in code reviews, with guidance and mentorship from senior engineers\nContribute to the design and development of composable infrastructure systems and capabilities that support developer productivity\nBuild, operate, and maintain Kubernetes-based platform services, developer self-service tooling, and CI/CD workflows\nIdentify and automate remediation of recurring operational issues to improve platform stability and reliability\nProvide operational support for production systems in a \"you-build-it-you-run-it\" culture, including active participation in incident response\nApply platform security and controls practices through infrastructure as code, policy-as-code, and hardening standardsContinuously expand your knowledge of cloud-native technologies and emerging platform engineering practices\nLeverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity (e.g., code generation/refactoring, unit test creation, documentation), while validating outputs through peer review, technologies, including core Kubernetes concepts\nDemonstrated eagerness to learn and grow within cloud-native platform engineering on a major cloud provider such as Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure\nHands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, testing, troubleshooting, or documentation) with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExposure to Kubernetes, containerization, and related
