You are responsible for carrying out critical technology solutions across multiple technical areas within various business functions in support of the firm’s business objectives.\nJob responsibilities\nBuild and operate container platforms using Docker and Kubernetes, including deployments, scaling, and lifecycle management.\nDevelop and maintain Linux-based CI/CD pipelines (build, test, package, deploy), improving reliability, security, and speed.\nManage artifact lifecycle and dependency workflows using Artifactory (publishing, promotion, retention, access controls).\nProvision and manage infrastructure using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code best practices (versioning, reviews, drift detection).\nSupport MySQL and Kafka components in production environments, including basic configuration, performance troubleshooting, and operational monitoring (as applicable to the role).\nImplement and support infrastructure management activities (capacity planning, patching strategy, configuration management, standardization).\nEnhance observability and telemetry: logging, metrics, traces, dashboards, alerting, and incident response using tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Grafana.\nConfigure and support load balancers and traffic management patterns (routing, health checks, TLS termination, failover).\nContribute to sustained resiliency and disaster recovery readiness (RTO/RPO understanding, runbooks, testing, failure exercises).\nDrive automation across operational workflows (environment provisioning, deployment, validation, remediation, reporting).\nCollaborate with application teams, security, and infrastructure partners to improve platform stability and delivery practices.\nRequired qualifications, skills, and capabilities\n5 years of experience in a DevOps / Platform / SRE / Infrastructure Engineering role.\nStrong experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes (core concepts, workloads, configs/secrets, troubleshooting).\nExperience with Artifactory (repository management and artifact promotion practices).\nSolid Linux fundamentals (system troubleshooting, processes, networking basics, scripting).\nProven delivery of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins/GitLab CI/Azure DevOps or similar) with automated testing and deployment.\nHands-on infrastructure provisioning with Terraform (modules, state, remote backends, environments).\nWorking experience with MySQL (operations, backup/restore concepts, troubleshooting, monitoring).\nWorking experience with Kafka (topics/partitions, producers/consumers, operational monitoring/troubleshooting).\nExperience with observability/telemetry tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana (logs/metrics/traces;
