contributes learnings and reusable patterns to improve broader team effectiveness.\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.\nDesigns and implements backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot, including integration with data stores and downstream systems\nDevelops modern web UIs using React and TypeScript, leveraging reusable components and patterns aligned to design systems\nEnsures UI implementations follow accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG), including keyboard navigation, semantics, and assistive technology support\nGathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems\nProactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture\nContributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience\n\nHands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability\nExtensive experience designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-scale applications, leveraging strong full-stack expertise across both front-end and back-end technologies. \nWorking with design systems / component libraries and applying consistent UI standards at scale\nExperience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages\nHands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation) with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations;
