contributes learnings and reusable patterns to improve broader team effectiveness.\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automation.\nConduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.\nStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in both backend and front-end development.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 3+ years applied experience\nStrong proficiency in Python and experience with backend frameworks (Flask/Django).\nExperience in AWS environments with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.\nThorough understanding of React.js and its core principles and experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Flux).\nHands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, test creation, troubleshooting, or documentation) with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs for correctness, performance, and security.\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to resiliency and security expectations;
