You will apply your expertise within a collaborative, high-performing team focused on building scalable and resilient solutions that meet the needs of our fast-moving business. This role focuses on full stack engineering across the platform.\nJob responsibilities\nOwn end to end deliverables across the Research Platform\n\nTake ideas from conception through to production features\n\nCollaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions\n\nChampion engineering best practices and help us evolve our fast-moving agentic SDLC\n\nCollaborate effectively in a multi-disciplinary global team\n\nOperate with a product-first mindset to execute efficiently and effectively\n\nDiagnose, debug and problem solve to keep production services running\n\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nProven end to end autonomous ownership of feature delivery in a complex application\n\nHands-on experience across the full stack and a willingness to pick up anything required to move a project forward\n\nDemonstrated experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud\n\nExperience of all stages of the SDLC and a willingness to pick up whatever is necessary to make a project successful\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and resolve complex technical challenges independently\n\nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nExperience working within Financial Services or regulated technology environments\n\nAn understanding of Financial Research\n\nExperience of engineering delivery using an agentic SDLC\n\nUnderstanding of managing risk and controls
