including authentication and authorization frameworks aligned to open standards\nEvaluate and prototype internal and vendor solutions for user authentication, including anti-fraud and biometric capabilities\nIntegrate APIs and SDKs for both niche authentication solutions and open standards such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML\nCollaborate with cross-functional and globally distributed engineering teams to deliver high-quality, business-valued outcomes\nDrive quality and efficiency across the software development lifecycle through strong engineering practices and code standards\nContribute to technical direction by setting and modeling high standards for design, development, and testing\nLeverages enterprise-authorized AI coding assist tools within the work environment to improve code quality, delivery speed, and productivity (e.g., code generation/refactoring, unit test creation, documentation), while validating outputs through peer review, automated testing, and secure coding standards\nApplies knowledge of tools within the Software Development Life Cycle toolchain, including enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development and automation capabilities, to improve the value realized by automations \nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on software engineering concepts and and 5+ years of proficient applied experience\nProficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages, with strong preference for Java\nExperience with application and data architecture principles, including design patterns and business process integration\nFamiliarity with cloud-native development on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform\nAbility to work collaboratively across local and global teams, building relationships to achieve shared goals\nFlexibility to work across multiple technology stacks and application environments\nHands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools within the work environment (e.g., for coding, testing, troubleshooting, or documentation) with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs\nUnderstanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations, secure handling of inputs/outputs, and adherence to
