You elicit and document requirements, partner on solution design, manage dependencies, and use data-driven insights to guide decisions-while operating with strong controls, clear communication, and responsible use of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities.\nJob Responsibilities\nElicit and document comprehensive business, functional, and data-flow requirements by engaging product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams.\nTranslate complex business requirements into well-structured solution options (process, data, and technical approaches) that are feasible and scalable.\nUses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate requirements synthesis, solution optioning, and architecture documentation, validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity and security requirements.\nProduce clear artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, data lineage/flows) to enable accurate build and test execution.\nPartner with engineering and architecture to align requirements to platform standards, reusable patterns, and target-state designs.\nConduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; provide actionable insights that support key initiatives.\nSupport delivery execution by managing dependencies, clarifying scope, and proactively resolving requirement ambiguities and changes.\nCollaborate across teams to define and maintain standards, governance processes, and documentation that align technology to business strategy.\nCoordinate and support UAT planning and execution, including test scenario definition, defect triage, and closure validation.\nManage and refine a prioritized backlog; balance customer demand against team capacity and delivery constraints.\nContinuously enhance technical and domain knowledge, staying current on platform capabilities and best practices to propose improvements.\nRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\n3+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, product analysis, or a related field.\nDemonstrated proficiency in data analytics, including data extraction, modeling, and interpretation to support decision-making.\nAdvanced data visualization capability with hands-on experience implementing and managing BI dashboards.\nStrong technical writing skills with a track record of translating complex information into clear documentation for diverse audiences.\nAdvanced data fluency: ability to work with large, diverse datasets and generate insights tied to business objectives.\nStrong knowledge of Jira, including building dashboards to track and report progress.\nExperience producing high-quality requirements artifacts (user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, data flows) that enable engineering delivery.\nDemonstrated ability to manage scope, dependencies, and ambiguity; lead through change with strong stakeholder partnership.\nExperience balancing customer demands against team capacity to produce and manage a prioritized backlog of requirements.\nDemonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity. (mandatory)\nAbility to review and validate AI-assisted analyses and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.\nPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills\nExperience working with the ServiceNow platform (requirements, workflows, or reporting).\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\nExperience working with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and iterative refinement of requirements.\nWorking knowledge of APIs/integrations and how requirements translate into interface contracts and error handling.\nFamiliarity with operational readiness concepts (runbooks, controls, change/release considerations).\nExperience with process modeling techniques/tools (e.g., BPMN-style mapping) and data-flow documentation.\nExposure to governance/standards documentation (e.g., definitions of done, templates, policy/controls alignment).\nFEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE ACT\nThis position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
