Technical understanding of SaaS platforms, security controls, identity and access management, integrations, and security architecture, with the ability to translate technical concepts into program activities and deliverables.\nExperience coordinating technology onboarding, adoption, remediation, or control implementation efforts across multiple applications and teams. Experience with program governance and execution, including project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issues, metrics, reporting, and status communication.\nAbility to work effectively across engineering, cybersecurity, architecture, product, risk, controls, and business teams to translate complex or ambiguous objectives into clear scope, ownership, milestones, and measurable outcomes.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize technical and program information for both technical teams and leadership audiences.\nWorking knowledge of cybersecurity, technology risk, or control environments and an ability to connect risk and control requirements to technology delivery.
