You will play a key role in shaping and supporting a mission-critical codebase that underpins sophisticated business processes.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Architect, design, and implement complex Appian applications with heavy custom logic and code beyond typical low-code usage.\n\n- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather and analyze detailed business requirements.\n\n- Manually write advanced Appian SAIL interfaces, process models, expressions, and custom integrations.\n\n- Ensure code scalability, performance, and maintainability through clean architecture and coding best practices.\n\n- Mentor junior Appian developers and conduct in-depth code reviews.\n\n- Resolve performance issues, technical bottlenecks, and production incidents effectively.\n\n- Stay up to date on Appian platform changes and introduce advanced features to enhance capabilities.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\n- 7+ years of software development experience, with 3 -
