Working across Legal, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Digital Solutions, and implementation partners, the BSA will facilitate process decisions, define future-state workflows and system handoffs, support contract migration planning and data requirements, and help establish sustainable governance and operating practices.\n\nCore Responsibilities : \n\nBusiness Systems Analysis & Solution Design : \n\n- Lead cross-functional discovery workshops with Legal, Procurement, Commercial, Finance, and technical stakeholders.\n\n- Document current-state processes, pain points, gaps, controls, dependencies, and business requirements.\n\n- Define scalable future-state contracting processes and workflows.\n\n- Facilitate stakeholder discussions and drive alignment on key process and solution decisions.\n\nDiscovery & Design Artifacts : \n\n- Lead the completion and quality review of Ironclad discovery workbooks and related design artifacts.\n\n- Document and validate requirements related to workflow discovery, launch forms, contract properties, metadata, approval processes, signatures, permissions, repository requirements, and business rules.\n\nRequirements & Design Documentation : \n\n- Translate business needs into clear and actionable business requirements, user stories, process maps, business rules, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.\n\n- Maintain end-to-end traceability of requirements, assumptions, decisions, risks, dependencies, and open questions.\n\nWorkflow Solution Design : \n\n- Define business requirements for contract templates, intake forms, metadata, approval routing, standard clauses, permissions, and negotiation workflows.\n\n- Partner with the Ironclad Platform Administrator and implementation resources.\n\nIntegration Requirements & Process Handoffs : \n\n- Define business requirements for integrations, including triggering events, source-of-record ownership, field mappings, approval dependencies, and exception paths.\n\nTesting & Release Management : \n\n- Develop UAT scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.\n\n- Coordinate testing activities and validate that configured solutions meet business requirements.\n\nIronclad Migration & Data Architecture : \n\n- Collaborate with technical leads and Legal Operations to define contract taxonomies, metadata schemas, record types, and repository structures.\n\n- Support end-to-end migration of legacy contracts, data mapping, staging, and bulk ingestion activities.\n\n- Conduct post-migration data validation and reconciliation.\n\nChange Management, Enablement & Training : \n\n- Develop and execute change-management activities to transition teams to automated workflows.\n\n- Design and deliver role-based training for Sales, Legal, and Approvers.\n\n- Create enablement materials including quick-reference guides, video walkthroughs, and process playbooks.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Legal Operations Systems Analyst, or similar role.\n\n- Demonstrated experience translating business needs into requirements, user stories, and process maps.\n\n- Ability to lead cross-functional discovery workshops and drive stakeholder alignment.\n\n- Experience supporting enterprise or CLM data migrations and data quality analysis.\n\n- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.\n\n- Proven experience supporting enterprise software implementations and developing training materials.\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Hands-on experience with Ironclad CLM (Workflow Designer, Repository management).\n\n- Ironclad Certified Administrator or Workflow Specialist certification.\n\n- Familiarity with CLM integrations (Salesforce, Coupa, Oracle Fusion, DocuSign).\n\n- Exposure to AI capabilities (Smart Import, AI Assist, Playbooks).\n\nSkills\nBusiness Analyst, Change Management, CLM, Solution Design, System Analyst,
