This role focuses on administering, optimizing, and supporting critical developer tooling infrastructure that enables engineering teams to build, test, and deploy software efficiently and securely.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Administer and maintain core DevTools platforms, including GitLab, GitHub, and Artifactory.\n\n- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery processes.\n\n- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for development teams.\n\n- Manage user access, permissions, and security configurations.\n\n- Monitor platform performance and availability, implementing proactive improvements.\n\n- Collaborate with development teams to enhance developer productivity.\n\n- Create and maintain documentation for platform configurations and best practices.\n\n- Automate routine tasks related to platform administration.\n\n- Integrate security scanning tools into development workflows.\n\n- Stay current with industry trends and recommend improvements.\n\nRequired Skills : \n\n- Strong hands-on experience with GitLab administration and configuration.\n\n- Proficiency in GitHub Enterprise management and workflows.\n\n- Experience managing JFrog Artifactory for artifact storage.\n\n- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Groovy.\n\n- Understanding of CI/CD principles, pipeline design, and delivery best practices.\n\n- Experience with version control systems and branching strategies.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Excellent communication skills.\n\nPreferred Skills : \n\n- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\n\n- Familiarity with application security tools (Mend, Fortify, Checkmarx, Wiz).\n\n- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).\n\n- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and SSDLC.\n\nCore Technology Stack : \n\n- Developer Tooling : GitLab, GitHub Enterprise, JFrog Artifactory\n\n- CI/CD : GitLab CI/CD, pipeline automation\n\n- Scripting : Bash, Python, Groovy\n\n- Security : Mend, Fortify, Checkmarx, Wiz\n\n- Infrastructure : Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes\n\nWhat We Are Looking For : \n\nWe are looking for a hands-on platform engineer who can keep essential developer tools reliable, secure, and easy to use.
