The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment. This role requires deep expertise in Appian architecture, integrations, process automation, and modern enterprise application development practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex Appian applications\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements\n\n- Architect and develop scalable and high-performance solutions using Appian best practices\n\n- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers\n\n- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices\n\n- Develop and maintain technical documentation including design specifications, test plans, and user guides\n\n- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support for existing applications\n\n- Stay updated with the latest Appian features, industry trends, and best practices to continually enhance platform capabilities\n\n- Drive process optimization and automation initiatives across enterprise workflows\n\n- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field\n\n- Minimum of 6 - 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 4 - 6 years focused on Appian BPM development\n\n- Proven expertise in designing and implementing Appian applications including process models, SAIL interfaces, and Appian Records\n\n- Strong understanding of Appian architecture and components\n\n- Well-versed in RPA and agentic AI concepts\n\n- Experience with Appian integrations including REST/SOAP web services and database management\n\n- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and other relevant programming languages\n\n- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies\n\n- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\n\n- Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n\nPreferred Qualifications : \n\n- Appian Certified Lead Developer or higher certification\n\n- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud\n\n- Familiarity with other BPM platforms and tools\n\n- Experience leading and managing development teams\n\n- Strong project management skills and experience using tools such as JIRA and Confluence\n\n- Experience working in enterprise digital transformation initiatives\n\n- Understanding of automation, workflow optimization, and enterprise integration strategies\n\nIdeal Candidate Profile : \n\n- Strong expertise in Appian BPM application development and enterprise process automation\n\n- Hands-on experience delivering scalable and
