The solution includes data processing, AI-assisted matching, workflow orchestration, and a user interface for manually resolving MDM exceptions.\n\nThe Role : \n\nJRD Systems is seeking an experienced AWS MDM Technical Lead with 8+ years in software engineering, including hands-on technical leadership of cloud-native application development. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional Agile delivery and guide the design and implementation of a secure, scalable, reliable enterprise AWS solution.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities : \n\n- Lead an Agile team of data engineers, full-stack developers, and DevOps engineers to implement the solution architecture.\n\n- Own technical design decisions, development standards, code quality, and end-to-end technical delivery.\n\n- Ensure security compliance, performance, scalability, reliability, and production readiness.\n\n- Oversee integration, testing, deployment, and resolution of technical issues.\n\n- Collaborate with solution architects, business stakeholders, and enterprise platform teams.\n\n- Promote engineering best practices, security-by-design, maintainable code, and effective technical documentation.\n\nRequired Skill Set : \n\n- AWS Cloud-Native Architecture : Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda, ECS Fargate, ECR, Step Functions, EventBridge, API Gateway, and Aurora PostgreSQL.\n\n- Programming & APIs : Proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, and distributed application development.\n\n- Full-Stack Engineering : Experience building modern application solutions spanning backend services, APIs, and web-based user interfaces.\n\n- Data Engineering & Integration : Experience with data integration, transformation, cleansing, standardization, and system-to-system data flows.\n\n- Technical Leadership : Proven ability to lead cross-functional Agile teams, make sound technical decisions, and drive delivery to completion.\n\n- Quality & Security : Engineering standards for code quality, automated testing, observability, security-by-design, performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\n- Delivery Practices : Agile delivery, CI/CD and deployment coordination, production readiness, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.\n\nNice to Have : \n\n- Hands-on experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities, particularly AWS Bedrock, into enterprise applications or data workflows.\n\n- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion and/or Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA).\n\n- Experience with master data management concepts, golden-record
