Reviews and reconciles corporate credit card activity, resolves discrepancies, and maintains accurate financial records.\nCompensation\nThe pay range for this position is $55,000 to$60,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.\nIn this role, you will:\nManage high-volume, full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, approvals, data entry, and payment processing.\nProcess recurring and one-time rent payments accurately and on schedule.\nResearch and resolve invoice, payment, and vendor account discrepancies.\nRespond to vendor and program staff inquiries and resolve invoice and payment issues promptly.\nReview corporate credit card transactions, receipts, coding, and supporting documentation.\nReconcile vendor statements and accounts payable records.\nMaintain accurate vendor files, payment records, and audit documentation.\nWhy JRI?\nBe who you are!
