We provide therapeutic and social supports to enrich the lives of people with disabilities.\nWe Are Looking For Full-time Program Manager To Work In Our Residential and Day Programs In Ashland!\nCompensation\nThe pay range for this position is$21.00 to$26.00 perhour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.\nJRI Provides The Training So That:\nYOU will provide supervision and oversight to a residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities.\nYOU will prepare staff schedules and payroll reports.\nYOU will manage program petty cash funds.\nYOU will complete and maintain internal and external documentation including health care assessments, appointment forms and healthcare records.\nYOU will manage individuals’ case records and other record keeping systems.\nYOU will assist with developing and implementing ISP support strategies.\nYOU will communicate with other service providers, guardians and families.\nYOU will supervise program staff providing oversight, feedback on their performance, and hands-on training, including formal training for staff on healthcare issues.\nYOU will supervise and delegate duties to direct care staff.\nYOU will implement and train staff on behavior plans and guidelines as needed.\nYOU will provide on-call assistance and supervision to program staff after hours and on weekends.\nWhy JRI?\nBe who you are!
