In this position, you will be able to convey your passion for helping others by leading a dynamic team and bringing an energetic and positive approach while working with our students!\nPelham Academy is a residential treatment setting for adolescents that specializes in trauma informed care. Pelham provides 24-hour comprehensive care including a school on site, a full clinical staff, nursing staff, and direct care staff.\nCompensation\nThe pay range for this position is $22.50 to$33.00 per hour. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting the position. The actual compensation an employee is offered may vary based on several factors such as experience, education, licensure, certifications and qualifications. This range may be modified in the future.\nDue to the nature of our work and the youth who are depending on us, there are times where overtime may be mandated.\nJRI Provides The Training So That:\nYOU will be able to assist in overseeing our Residential Department’s supervision system ensure all staff receive appropriate and timely supervisions to help promote professional development. \nYOU will be able to plan and run shifts to ensure safety of milieu and all policies are followed as well as participate in rotating on call coverage. \nYOU will be able to provide constant oversight of scheduling procedures, and ensure that staffing ratios are met at all times. \nYOU will be able to support all efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of students. \nYOU will support staff and programming by leading residential meetings and trainings.\nWhy JRI?\nBe who you are!
