Guided by integrity, teamwork, continuous improvement, and genuine care for our people, JRM provides an environment where employees can grow and help shape the company’s long-term success.\nRole Overview\nThe Field Operations Coordinator supports the operational execution of projects across the Southern California region, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across field and system processes.\nPartnering closely with the Director of Field Operations, Director of Project Management, and project teams, this role is responsible for maintaining project data integrity, supporting field operations, and ensuring adherence to JRM’s operational standards from project setup through closeout.\nKey Responsibilities\nField Operations Leadership Support\nProvide direct administrative and operational support to the Director of Field Operations\nPartner with field leadership to ensure alignment with operational standards and project execution priorities\nOrganize and document project kickoff meetings for upcoming projects\nProject Setup & Systems Management\nReview and approve new project entries within JRM systems to ensure complete and accurate setup\nOwn project setup and data integrity within systems throughout the project lifecycle\nEnter and maintain project team changes within Project Creator, as directed\nSet up Day 2 and Maintenance job numbers as required\nProcore Administration\nServe as the JRM West Procore Administrator\nSet up new projects upon issuance of job numbers\nUpload initial drawings and establish project teams\nMaintain and update directory contacts, including subcontractors, vendors, clients, and design teams\nAssign and manage appropriate permissions across all project stakeholders\nUpload and manage project documentation as requested\nProvide training and support to Project Managers and APMs on Procore\nDistribute documentation retention forms for closed projects\nField Compliance & Reporting\nReview weekly superintendent compliance with JRM operational standards, including:Daily logs\nSubcontractor meeting minutes\nOpen and hot items lists\nLook-ahead schedules\nDumpster tickets\nOSR logs\n\nReport deficiencies and trends to the Director of Field Operations and Director of Project Management\nJobsite Operations & Procurement\nManage JRM West jobsite material orders, including:Receiving and confirming approvals\nPlacing orders with approved vendors (Colony, Amazon, United Rentals, etc.)\nVerifying invoices against orders and coding for processing\n\nMaintain jobsite inventory logs in coordination with Superintendents\nCoordinate printing requests for project teams\nManage mini container scheduling and ticket tracking\nLabor & Payroll Coordination\nReview and process JRM West in-house laborer timesheets\nCoordinate scheduling of Pacesetter labor\nVerify payroll hours are submitted for closed projects and restrict billing to closed job numbers unless approved\nProject Closeout & Coordination\nSupport project teams in driving project completion and issuance of punch list completion letters to clients\nMonitor project closeout status and ensure required documentation is completed\nServe as backup for project controls functions, including material orders, during absences\nWhat Success Looks Like\nAccurate and timely project setup and system management\nStrong field compliance and visibility into operational performance\nSeamless coordination between field teams, project teams, and leadership\nProactive support that enables efficient project execution and closeout\nSalary Information\nTo the extent this position is performed in California, the annual salary range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000.\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at JRM without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law. \nThe salary range listed in job postings reflects the Company’s good-faith estimate at the time of posting.
