This role requires the ability to work independently across multiple projects or on a dedicated large-scale project, in close coordination with field staff and senior leadership.\nResponsibilities\nAct as the main liaison between the client, design team, consultants, and subcontractors throughout all phases of the project\nLead and manage all aspects of project administration, including document control, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and closeout documentation\nPrepare, review, and track project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports in coordination with senior leadership and accounting teams\nOversee and execute all project financial controls, including managing owner and subcontractor change orders, billing, receivables, lien releases, and subcontractor payments\nDevelop and maintain the project schedule in collaboration with the Superintendent, ensuring alignment with phasing, long-lead items, and procurement timelines\nPartner with field staff to coordinate daily construction activities, monitor quality, and mitigate delays or disruptions\nIdentify and manage project risks, delays, and claims by maintaining detailed records, documenting potential impacts, and communicating timely updates to stakeholders\nCollaborate with Senior Project Manager or Project Director on project strategy, staffing, and high-level decision making\nManage multiple concurrent projects up to approximately $10M in value, or serve as the primary Project Manager on a larger-scale project with a focus on financials, administration, and document management\nOperate independently in the execution of PM duties when not staffed with an Assistant Project Manager\nInterface with Superintendents (Super 2 or above) on field execution for complex or logistically challenging projects\nEnsure full compliance with contract requirements, company policies, and safety standards throughout the duration of the project\nMaintain strong communication with all project stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress, issues, and action plans\nQualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction; interiors or high-end occupied spaces preferred\nProven ability to manage complex projects, including work in active or occupied environments\nStrong client-facing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders\nProficient in reading and interpreting commercial construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents\nOSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety and Health Certification preferred\n4-Hour Supported Scaffold User Certification preferred\nComputer Systems\nMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Procore (preferred but not required), and Timberline (preferred but not required)\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment at JRM without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, veteran status, or other characteristics protected by law. \nThe salary range listed in job postings reflects the Company’s good-faith estimate at the time of posting.
