分析同类工业AI产品，沉淀行业解决方案模板与最佳实践。\n3、POC/技术验证：协同团队完成客户侧POC验证，明确验证目标、数据集、评测指标及成功标准，确保POC按期交付; \n4、产品规划：深入智能制造B端场景，调研用户痛点，快速理解业务场景、输出智能体PRD，定义功能边界、交互逻辑与验收标准。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n专业知识：\n1.具备扎实的 AI 技术理解力，熟悉机器学习、深度学习基本原理，了解 Transformer、大语言模型（LLM）的工作机制与能力边界; \n2.深入理解 智能体（Agent）核心技术栈，包括 Prompt Engineering、RAG 检索增强、Function Calling / Tool Use、记忆机制、多 Agent 协作等; \n3,熟悉主流智能体开发框架与产品形态（如 LangChain、LangGraph、Dify、Coze、AutoGen 等），了解其适用场景与局限性; \n4.具备解决方案架构设计能力，能够基于客户现状输出分层架构方案（业务架构、应用架构、数据架构、技术架构）; \n5.了解向量数据库、知识图谱、Embedding 模型等 RAG 关键组件的基本原理与选型考量; \n6.具备基础的数据分析能力，熟悉 SQL、Python 或常用数据分析工具者优先。\n业务技能：\n客户需求分析：\n1.能够通过调研快速识别客户核心痛点，并映射为智能体RPD\n熟悉AI 功能从需求到上线的完整生命周期，协调算法、工程、测试资源按期交付; \n2.POC项目管理：能够制定POC范围、验收标准与风险预案，协调研发资源快速交付可演示原型; \n3.技术沟通能力：能读懂技术方案，与研发团队就模型效果、RAG链路、Agent状态机进行深度技术对话，弥合业务与技术的认知鸿沟; \n4.AI产品化思维：理解LLM的非确定性特征，能设计兜底机制、置信度提示及渐进式披露策略; \n5.文档与表达能力：能撰写高质量的PRD、解决方案白皮书、投标技术文件、用户手册及汇报材料。\n6.技术方案宣讲与演示：具备优秀的现场演讲与Demo演示能力，清晰传递方案价值与技术可行性; \n工作经验：\n1.1年及以上 AI产品、智能体或企业级AI解决方案相关经验; \n2.有完整参与智能体产品从需求分析、技术验证（PoC）、开发落地到上线运维的全周期经验; \n项目经验\n1.主导或核心参与过至少 1 个 智能体 / LLM 应用项目的成功落地，具备完整的需求分析、方案验证、上线迭代经验\n2.有基于 LangChain / LangGraph / Dify 等框架进行 Agent 开发、工具封装、多轮对话管理的项目实践;
