The incumbent will play a critical role in ensuring high availability, scalability, security, and performance of production environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, implement, and maintain highly available and scalable production infrastructure.\n\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery processes.\n\nManage and optimize Linux-based server environments.\n\nMonitor system health, availability, and performance across all environments.\n\nImplement infrastructure automation and configuration management practices.\n\nDevelop and maintain disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity procedures.\n\nPerform capacity planning and infrastructure optimization activities.\n\nEnsure infrastructure and application security best practices are implemented.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve production incidents and infrastructure-related issues.\n\nPrepare infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks.\n\nMentor junior DevOps personnel and provide technical leadership.\n\nEducationBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering\n\nExperienceAt least 4 years\nThe applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service\n\nAdditional RequirementsAge At least 21 years\n Required Skills:\nBasic understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and software applications. \n\nPreferred Skills:\nStrong understanding of networking fundamentals and load balancing.\n\nExcellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.\n\nHands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.\n\nExperience with Git-based version control systems and CI/CD platforms.\n\nExperience with monitoring and logging platforms such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or equivalent.\n\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.\n\n Experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\n\nPreferred Experience:\nMinimum 4 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure Engineering roles.\n\nExperience supporting mission-critical, high-availability production systems.\n\nExperience in fintech, banking, capital market, or enterprise software environments.\n\nExperience in managing production environments with
