Strong attendance and reliability are essential to success in this role.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain the exterior cleanliness of buildings, including entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas\nPerform routine cleaning and maintenance of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, restrooms, laundry rooms, fitness areas, and elevators\nClean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies, disinfecting surfaces, and ensuring overall cleanliness\nEmpty trash and recycling receptacles in both interior and exterior areas and dispose of waste properly\nAssist with routine power washing at designated properties\nSupport company-wide snow removal efforts as needed\nKeep accurate electronic records of time, labor, and materials for assigned projects\nMaintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicles used for daily tasks\nWork with other departments to support property turnover efforts between tenants (e.g., unit clean-outs, touch-up cleaning)\nWhat We're Looking For\nA dependable team player with strong attendance and the ability to work a full-time schedule (40 hours/week)\nWeekend availability and flexibility for occasional overtime or on-call needs\nValid driver’s license required\nAbility to work professionally with coworkers, residents, commercial tenants, and vendors\nWillingness to keep a clean and organized workspace and represent the company with a professional attitude and appearance\nAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks effectively\nPrevious janitorial or custodial experience is preferred\nCompensation & Benefits\nHourly starting rate - $19-$22 per hour\nComprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance\nPaid time off and holidays\nPaid day off for your birthday\n401(k) with company match\nPaid weekly\nThe starting hourly range for this position reflects a good-faith estimate of compensation at the time of this posting.
