The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to handling employee lifecycle management in a fast-paced IT environment and have the ability to implement HR policies and best practices.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, payroll coordination, and exit processes\nDraft, implement, and maintain HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook, and internal HR procedures\nCoordinate with department heads and leadership to understand manpower planning and organizational requirements\nHandle employee relations, grievance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions as per company policies\nSupport recruitment activities when needed by coordinating with hiring managers and TA team\nDrive employee engagement initiatives and ensure a positive workplace culture\nManage performance appraisal cycles, review processes, and support managers in performance improvement plans (PIP)\nEnsure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, and other labor regulations\nMaintain HR MIS reports (employee data, attendance, attrition, onboarding status, performance tracking, etc.) and share periodic reports with management\nConduct HR audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance standards\nSupport training & development programs and coordinate learning initiatives based on business needs\nStay updated with HR trends, labor laws, and best practices to improve HR effectiveness\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n8+ years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist (IT industry preferred)\nStrong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operations\nExperience in policy drafting, HR documentation, and process structuring\nKnowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws in India\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills\nAbility to handle multiple HR activities in a fast-paced environment\nStrong experience in HR MIS reporting and Excel-based tracking\nExposure to HRMS tools and HR systems is an added advantage\nBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
