and validate business requirements\nCreate detailed functional specifications, user stories, use cases, process flows, wireframes, and BRD/FRS documents\nConduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments for proposed solutions\nFacilitate workshops, JAD sessions, and requirement prioritization using techniques like MoSCoW or Kano\nCollaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into technical designs and test cases\nSupport UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training, and post-implementation reviews\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance business efficiency\nManage requirement changes, traceability matrix, and version control of artifacts\nWork on end-to-end project lifecycle in domains such as BFSI, healthcare, eCommerce, or enterprise applications\nPrepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management\n\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\n8+ years of hands-on experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development or IT services companies\nStrong domain knowledge in at least one sector (e.g., Banking/Finance, Healthcare, Retail/eCommerce preferred)\nProficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, Balsamiq, or Axure for documentation and prototyping\nExpertise in requirements elicitation techniques, UML diagrams, BPMN, and data modeling\nExperience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban), SDLC, and hybrid methodologies\nKnowledge of SQL for data analysis, API documentation (Swagger/Postman), and
